Vision
Originality Technique ImpactThis piece was so compelling when it popped up in my feed! I was floored by the detail in the eyes and in the texture of the skin.
You really nailed the reflections in the eye. The dragons are distorted in a way that really contours with the eye itself which was a nice touch! You didn't make it an exact silhouette which was a good trick!
The highlights on the individual scales are very well done. You executed the idea perfectly because of the values. I would love to know how long this took you.
The only thing I suggest is to maybe define the pupil in the eye a bit more. It was a little hard to see it at first. I thought it was a flame that the creature was seeing or something.
Also I agree with the critique prior to my own: highlight the tears. I didn't see it at first and that seems to be a key factor in getting your idea across.
